i förhållande till längden. Genom formeln vikten i kg/längden i m² räknar
man ut BMI. Statistiken baseras på Socialstyrelsens medicinska födelseregister.

webbsidor. Inga uppgifter för Värmland år 2012 pga för stort bortfall. Rikets siffra
baseras på befintligt underlag. År 2021 saknas uppgifter om ca 690
födslar från Skåne och år 2022 saknas uppgifter om ca 400 födslar
från Gävleborg och ca 100 födslar från Skåne.
